Advanced Dryer Controls
 Whether
you purchase our smallest AB series dryer or the larger M
series, state of the art Farm Fans controls are at your fingertips.
All system functions are conveniently monitored and controlled
via an easy to read control panel. The pre-wired, pre-tested
control system is logical and user friendly. Electronic digital
timers (in certain models) and temperature controls located
in the ASC control panel constantly monitor grain and plenum
temperature conditions compensating of ambient air temperature
and grain moisture changes during the drying process. Safety
shutdown diagnostics provide quick evaluation of any problems
eliminating expensive down time.
 Farm
Fans Dryer ASC control panels are specifically designed for
each dryer series. AB, CF/AB, and CF/SA models are engineered
to operate with just the turn of a weather proof control panel
selector switch. Digi-Trol™ automatic moisture control,
Digi-Temp™ digital plenum control and Digi-Time™
staged automatic or batch digital controllers are just a sampling
of the high quality designed and engineered into each model.
 Advanced
technology is key to the entire operation of the C2100A and
C2100B series with Vari-Trol™ automatic moisture control,
electronic temperature plenum control with full length averaging
RTD sensors, and self diagnostic centers for safety shutdown
are just a few of the many features that set the standard
for value, performance, and reliability in Farm Fans grain
dryers.
Control
Boxes
A control
box that isn't easily accessible can impair your ability to
clearly see operational readouts and/or easily make adjustments
to achieve optimal grain drying results. That's why Farm Fans
has implemented an adjustable control box which can be raised
or lowered to compensate for dryer elevation.
 Other
control box features include a powder paint coated finish
of maximum weather resistance and manual slide-stop on the
door to help prevent it from slamming shut in windy conditions.
