Our people in the plant work closely with our engineers and sales representatives. It's a team effort. We realize that every time we build a grain dryer, we're building on our workers' experience.

When you think of assembly, you probably envision a typical assembly line, but that's not what you would see at Farm Fans. From the day the order is placed to the day a new Farm Fans grain dryer goes out, one group leader has responsibility for the unit and supervises its production from start through final testing. His responsibility for the product gives him the inherent authority to ensure that it is built right.

Each Farm Fans grain dryer has a serial number and a report that details its production, including the people who worked on it. Each worker feels like their name is on the dryer so they put their pride into it.
