You know that what comes out of your grain drying system depends upon the quality of what goes in. At Farm Fans, we realize that the same is true in our manufacturing process. From stainless steel coils to cadmium-plated metering roll shafts, our units are only as good as the raw materials we use to build them.

Uncompromising quality is also evident throughout the dryers' construction. All of our units feature mill certified G165 galvanized, ribbed and perforated sidewalls and solid 16-gauge column dividers every two feet. (Stainless steel perforated outside wall sheets along with stainless steel nuts, bolts and washers are also available.) Two foot construction facilitates even grain movement, as well as, supplies strength to the dryer eliminating the need for trash collecting angle iron supports inside the grain columns and plenum areas. All dryers have heavy-duty 1/2 inch structural steel base rails for additional support.
