Most manufacturer's quality control depends on final testing of their products, but not at Farm Fans! Our stringent quality control standards are enforced from the initial engineering and design of each dryer to the completed dryer's final testing.

Farm Fans is not simply an assembly plant - we're a full line, American manufacturer! Our on-site engineers, together with our experienced plant people solve any potential problems right on the manufacturing floor before it gets to you in the field.

Every Farm Fans grain dryer is thoroughly tested before it goes out the door. Before the fan is attached to the grain basket and the control are mounted, they are pre-tested. The final test encompasses everything but grain. Each dryer as a finished unit is hooked up to electrical power and LP or natural gas and an actual run is simulated, testing everything from electronic control set up to actual firing of the fan and heater unit.
